Your membership will last for the duration of your subscription. If you subscribe for one month than your membership will last for one month. We encourage all members to at least grab a one year membership so that you are able to benefit from all of the services we offer.
After you speak with your family consultant we will identify the areas of service that best suit your needs. Premium and Platinum Members will be allotted a choice of 4 free services to choose from. All of the services are pay as you go and are only available to our members.
The family government agency is a private Members Only service. We encourage you to at least try the $30 membership so that you can try the service for yourself.
At this time our services are offered remotely by telephone, Zoom, and other video chat services. In the future FGA will have walk-in locations for members to have face-to-face consultations as well as in-person services.
Yes you can customize your FGA experience. Simply review the services at the “FGA Private Member Service” section and make a list of your needs.
Yes! FGA has a 14 day money back guarantee. This means you have 14 days from the time of signing up to cancel your membership. If you speak with your family consultant and are not satisfied, simply send a written request through your private member portal and we will cancel and refund your subscription. All paid products and services beside the monthly membership are non-refundable.
Yes! FGA is committed to easing the burden on our individual and family members. Check in with us first when you are stuck or need a solution. We may have the resource in house or can find a solution on your behalf.
